Performance Task
For your performance task you will have 15 class days to complete one of the following concepts.
You must only work during class time and use a school computer to complete the assignment.

This performance task will be a promotion about you.
Graphics
Video
For your performance task you will need to create a multi-page document promoting yourself. You can create this in Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign.

This would be a minimum of 4 pages.
*** MUST be letter size and proper print resolution. AND must have a 1/4" bleed within these size constraints. Show guides for bleeds.
​
This could be a serious project or a comedic one.
​
MUST have a cover and have design continuity between the rest of the pages.
All pictures must be edited from original form. If you edit outside of current document, please submit original images.

Example 1:
You could create a promotional magazine about yourself and work that you have created.
​
Example 2:
You could make a comedic magazine about all of your favourite places to hang out at IRHS.
*Please have comedic concept approved before you start.

1. If you are using Illustrator please use multiple artboards and keep it all in 1 document.

1. If you are using InDesign use a multipage document. Submit 1 document.

This could be a serious video or a comedic one.

Project time minimum of 2 minutes.

You must hand in a shot list for this project no later than Monday June 3rd.

Example 1:
You could create a promotional video about yourself and work that you have created. You can add motion graphics and text using Premiere.

Example 2:
You could make a comedic video about how you are the last person on earth and you are trying to communicate with aliens or on the search to find others.
*Please have comedic concept approved before you start.

Premiere
1. Submit your .mp4 as yourname_pt.mp4
2. ALSO, please submit a .zip folder with all of your support files and your project file.
Motion
For your performance task you will need to create a video promoting yourself.
This could be a serious video or a comedic one.
​
Project time minimum of 1 minute.
​
Example:
You could create a promotional video about yourself and work that you have created. You can add motion graphics and text using After Effects. Can create a Kinetic Typography project.
​
After Effects
1. Submit your .mp as yourname_pt.mp4
2. ALSO, please submit a .zip folder with all of your support files and your project file.
